Older rivals GYPSY EXPRESS and BARNBOUGLE ought to make their presence felt with the benefit of experience, although a bigger threat is likely to come from well-related 2yo newcomer YAMADORI especially if the market speaks in his favour. Good race. OZARK showed improvement over this track and trip when returning from a rest (gelding) and should have a role to play with further progress expected. ZOOMIE has the form and experience to fight out the finish and could also have more to offer over this trip, so must be included. However, it could pay to follow the progress over this distance of DIAMOND ROCK who caught the eye when running on strongly over a shorter trip last time. LINDBERGH and SPIRIT'S UNITE appeal most of the remainder.

Good race. QUICK TRIP fluffed her lines over a shorter trip last time but is worth another chance with improvement expected over this distance. Stablemates GLAWARI and CAPTIVATE are also better than their most recent outings suggest and could have more to offer over the extra. Tricky. BLUFF ON BLUFF bounced back to winning ways last time over this course and distance and is likely to be competitive again despite a 3-point penalty. ELUSIVE TRADER, TRIVIAL MATTER and PIROSHKA are all 1,5kg better off so should be involved too. The latter would've needed his last start and ought to have tightened up for it, so could represent the value in the race with improved fitness on his side. ROD THE MOD is dangerous on these terms. She caught the eye when staying on well over 1000m and is ready to win again with this distance likely to suit. Verdict

Smashing race. JEWEL CAT beat a subsequent winner last time and is open to improvement returning from a rest and gelding. FUTURE VARIETY caught the eye on debut behind that rival before confirming that promise by winning next time out, and he should have more to offer. The same, however, could be said of stablemate OCTOBER MORN and debut winner BALTIC SECRET who were impressive in winning recently. Those fillies along with DISTANT WINTER and BLUE HOLLY, are likely to go well in receipt of a 2,5kg sex allowance. DUMBLEDORE and ELUSIVE WINTER could also get into the picture with any improvement.
